  1. EXELLENT!!!

    Just one spelling error:

    node-red-admin hass-pw should be with a "h" not two ss's
    SB: node-red-admin hash-pw

    🙂

  2. Hello,
I know you haven't covered this in the video, but I'm trying to connect node red to my home assistant but I constantly get the error "Home assistant connection failed with error: Connection to home assistant could not be established with config: https://my URL/ <password redacted>". Because I have an ipv6 address at home and some other complication I have a Reverse SSH tunnel from my home server to a remote server, which I have a domain for. I connect to my Home assistant through that domain. I think I'm missing something.

I dont know I you are able to help with the information im giving you but maybe it is something pretty obvious that im missing

  3. Looking forward to the node-red video, cheers

  4. the version of nodejs you get from standard ubuntu repo is quite old, there are 2 newer stable already (6.x and 8.x)… and you can get
nodered startup scripts directly via wget from nodered github repo…
