Apple cider vinegar helps your body absorb vitamin b12. If you drink a tablespoon of it before meals it helps increase the acidity of the stomach and absorb the b12. A lack of b12 could cause your hair to turn grey. I have to say though I completely forgot I was supposed to be taking it for like the last month. If you drink a lot of soda this stops vitamin b12 being absorbed. Luckily I quit this stuff for 2 months around April and now only have it once or max twice a week and in small quantities.

Starry. nice video..It is also a pleasure to learn from you..Just try to avoid the apple seeds. Seeds have some poisonous chemicals in them. Although very little and probably wont harm, I never touch the apple seeds to my apple cider vinegar..Also for those who dont know when it is turning to be a vinegar, watch the fruit/vinegar flies. When the flies start to fly around the jar, you are doing right and your vinegar is on the right track..Writing from my husband's account,

If you stored your Apple cores and peel in the freezer until you have enough to make a batch would the recipe change at all? I wondered if the qty of Apple 'bits' would need to be increased as the freezer will've changed the fruit a bit. Would you defrost in the jars to see how much liquid comes out before you start adding your 1c+1tbsp or would you just stuff it to the top rather than 3/4. I hope you understand that?

Hi Starry, At the end of your vid it says store up to 10 days in fridge. I’m curious the difference. I store Braggs ACV for months in the cabinet. Does Braggs have something your home made doesn’t?

So you are telling me that after all the time it takes to make ,,, it only lasts a few days in the fridge ? so you drink or use two jars in ten days ? For real? If the stuff you buy in the store is organic and has a very long life why such a short life on home made ? this is what they say about store bought How long does apple cider vinegar last at room temperature? Properly stored, apple cider vinegar will generally stay at best quality for about 2 years, but will stay safe indefinitely. so why only ten days with your home made ?

Do you have a lid on it while it stews for the 1st 2 weeks? And once you strain the apples out and return it to the dark do you have a lid on it? Also, once it's turned into Vinegar, why can you only use/store it for 2 weeks? Isn't it an acid once it becomes vinegar? Thank you.
