Most unnecessary life hack I seen. Why would you want to use an Apple Pencil on your iPhone?

Ah life! You have enough money to buy an iPad Pro, an iPhone and an Apple Pencil but can't get a cheap capacitive stylus and need to wrap the expensive pencil in toilet paper and dip it in the toilet to make a pretend stylus.

This video is false advertising at its best. The wet napkin basically creates an electromagnetic "pathway" that is needed to have the pencil recognized by the screen. In principle, you've turned the apple pencil into a conductive stylus. You're using logic that applies to most styluses you find on amazon that don't come with a $99 price tag. This "hack" is virtually useless as the value of the Apple Pencil isn't that it can make marks on your screen, but that you get accuracy, palm rejection, and pressure sensitivity with little to no latency. I'm glad that it seems like a lot of people have caught on to this nonsense because you're basically trying to convince people to purchase an expensive apple accessory that, in the state of this hack, is no better than a $5 mesh stylus.

You can glue aluminium on to the pen as well, the key is it has to be conductive

только тупым эпплдрочерам может понравиться это дерьмо, купить пластмассовую палку за 100$ и заворачивать её в копеечную салфетку, вымакивая в воде))))

This is crap. Apple should’ve just made the Pencil compatible with more devices.

This is unbelievably dumb. Break a pencil-thick branch off of a tree and attach a wet napkin to it and it'll work just the same. It's the electrical properties of water (not pure water) that allow this to work. A $1 stylus will perform better since it's made for this and you don't have to keep wetting the napkin. You also risk water-damaging your $100 Apple Pencil by doing this. Plus, no Apple Pencil tech such as the pinpoint accuracy, pressure and tilt sensitivity will work.
