Chromebooks just don't make any sense to me. It is way too limited for me, the price vs. Windows just doesn't work for me. My issue is these kids learn to use Chromebooks, and then get into the real world, where Chromebooks just won't be there, I feel. I do feel that Microsoft needs to make Windows better, rather than fight Chromebooks. I personally feel that Google will shoot itself in its foot, like they do so often. Microsoft problems are with Microsoft not with Chromebook. I haven't been able to get a program to work since a Windows update 2 months ago. A program that I have used for over 6 years, now it suddenly won't run.

Would Microsoft sell more Surface Go units if they offered it as a Chromebook?

I wanna say though I disagree with Paul on MS365 being a no-brainer. I think if none of those features are useful to you it’s s terrible deal. Look, I can say when I used to use Office – I had one computer, had absolutely no need to share with other family members, didn’t want new updates and features and didn’t use OneDrive. So, for myself and for so many people I know, it’s a terrible bloody deal but for a tech enthusiast like Paul (or for working families with kids at school), perhaps it’s a great deal.

Gradual improvement but still too long. This could have been reduced by 20 minutes and still all of the vital show notes would have been revealed.

I have been checking every few days since the re-re-release of 1809, being the seeker that I am, and I just got it yesterday.

They absolutely need to focus on quality from now on because the perception of Windows being unreliable and a possible cause of data loss has leaked into the mainstream. Normal people have taken note of the headlines, at least in my experience these past few months when dealing with clients.

Sometimes I think this two are way off but they are still the most reliable media when it comes to Microsoft.
