Bonus fact: When I did a context menu scan on the folder with the big WinD, it detected a whopping 11 files. In any case, if you are using Windows Defender, make sure you turn on Controlled Folder Access. Otherwise, you'll get REKT by ransomware. You have been warned.

What if the 63rd file was the 100th, wouldn't the detection rate be higher?

Depending on what you do with your PC, I turned my back to windows 8 months ago and happy with it.
Unless you are a games, you can leave it behind and have the same functionality.

    Hello everyone,

I really have no choice but to use Windows Defender. As a visually impaired user, I cannot use various antivirus solutions. Windows Defender is the only solution that works well with my screen reader. Thank you. ,

Maybe you should use the malware executor in all of your videos. I love it.
I do love the fact that Microsoft is trying hard on Windows Defender. The Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection Impressed me a lot.

You should for the hell of it write that script in PowerShell. Or compare the functionalities. That would make an interesting video itself for something a little diffeent.

Hey Leo, great vid! Test request… I am certain a lot of people would be curious how well Cylance Home / Smart Antivirus performs with these samples ;). It might do pretty well, but it could easily go either way… so I would be curious as well ;).

Microsoft can do certain things like build a inbuilt registry cleaner which automatically detect registry which is not needed and clean that and they also can create a system cleaning software which clean the junk files in system we can use different application for that but that kind of inbuilt application is good but they want to create inbuilt anti malware application which is not good enough and many independent lab like av-comparatives how they test antivirus programs I dont know but in that kind of test windows defender score is very high some times its better than kaspersky emsisoft and others. I heard many people are saying that I do not need antivirus program because I have windows defender and it does not slows the system but windows defender using more than 100mb ram which is higher than kaspersky Eset.

I would like a kaspersky free vs avast free. I've been using avast for 4 years but kaspesky seems like it edges it but im not sure. If you made a kaspersky free vs avast free test it would be awesome. Or atleast recommend me if I should go with kaspersky if you aren't making the test. Love your channel man. Keep it up
